When dealing with daily life stressors, whether it’s your job, finances, health issues, family, it’s extremely important to surround yourself with positive people.
I love people who are positive, encouraging, uplifting and reassuring. For the most part, I strive to be that type of person as well. Sure, there are days I fall short, but I try. As someone with lymphedema, being positive and having a positive outlook keeps me healthy.
I have been honored and blessed to have a small group of friends I trust that I can speak to freely without being judged.
In addition to having a great support system, here are a few other things I do for an emotional boost.
